Here I am in Little Italy, Boston, Ma. on one of the greatest eye opening trips so far. I get to travel for business and pleasure but it hasn't always been that way. I hope through this blog you will be able to see my work, and know that when you are working with me I am dedicated and light hearted. There is not a day that goes by that I'm not daydreaming of the perfect picture. Head in the clouds? Probably. Having the best life I can imagine. Perfect. You will meet some of my friends, inspirations, and family through this process so come back and visit often. Oh, and like a big batch of southern homemade cookies, share it with your friends! Here is a little nugget of how I got started:
Growing up on a farm in southern Camden County gave me the innate appreciation for all things beautiful and with a former photographer as a mother the art of photography came naturally to me. Years of begging got me my first camera which I used to take pictures of every inch of the state parks, our pets, and our family farm. Through my friendship with the late Jiggs Emry, owner of Catchlight Photography, I learned theory, technique, and the “ins and outs” of photographing weddings in a cave. Bridal Cave to be exact.
I am, now, an on location Photographer specializing in outdoor photography and Bridal Cave Weddings. I truly can not express how much my mentorship meant to me and how much I miss my friend. Although through the support of my family and friends I have developed Lindsey Webster Photography after having worked on my craft for the best part of 5 years.
Being an on location photographer simply means my gear and I travel to where you need me to be. From the underground to your private estate. Taking advantage of your unique estate, gardens, or a favorite private place means producing more personal photos for you. This also means that hot rod you have hidden in the garage doesn’t have to travel.
